DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Vonvenera Fashion through third party couriers.


 

Delivery options are chosen before purchasing the product. It can be made on the website, social media or over the phone.

 

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. This does not include public holidays. 

 

We do not take responsibility for incorrect information given by the customer. You will get a confirmation of your chosen destination via call or email to confirm that it is your desired pickup destination.

 

Before delivery shuttle is deployed, we will contact you to verify that we are delivering your package on that day.

 

We will ask for any information necessary for efficient and safe delivery. We only call at authorized numbers which is (868)275-0307.

 

If the package is returned non-deliverable, it will be shipped back to the head office to be restocked. 

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Vonvenera Fashion Ltd., you will be liable for original shipping charges. The shipping fees will be deducted from your product(s) refund. Repeated offenders will result in account termination and a ban on the email address.

 

If you do not receive your package within the timeframe, we advise you to contact us by calling (868)275-0307, email us at info@vonvenerafashion.com  or facebook/instagram with your order number.
