RETURN POLICY

Returns

 

Vonvenera Fashion’s return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

It must also be in the original packaging and have the seal and tag attached to the product.

 

A receipt is needed to validate the authenticity of purchase.

You require a photo I.D.

 

 

Return fraud

If a customer is suspected of the untrue act of return fraud then we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

 

Non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Some health and personal care items

*Intimates

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Returns for exchange of size of the same garment or for a garment of equal or lesser value are to be accepted at Valpark Shopping Plaza. Once your return is received and inspected, an exchange will be granted.


Refunds for Clearance Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items or promotional sale items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also exchange items that are not the desirable size. If you need to exchange it for the same item or for an item or equal or lesser value, send us an email at info@vonvenerafashion.com, message us on facebook or instagram, or call (868)275-0307. Send your item to Valpark Shopping Plaza where a representative will issue the exchange.
